24 hour reception was great because we arrived just before midnight and were able to check in very quickly. We booked a room for 3 people and the price was very reasonable with breakfast included. Free parking. Breakfast spread was better than expected - buffet style with lots of options.

The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were well prepared. Love the breakfast, large variety, and is plentiful. The food and eating areas were always kept clean. The workers were very warm and friendly.

The comfort of the room and the amenities that came with it. I also was unaware that it was close to a mall and restaurants but it was an added bonus and convenience. My next visit to Miami I will be staying at this hotel.

Great location. Close to all the shopping areas I wanted to visit. Clean. The staff were excellent. Absolutely no complaints there.
